What counts as a call?
An inbound call counts only when it lasts longer than 10 seconds. Calls that go unanswered, are immediately hung up, or are spam do not count.
What happens if I go over my included calls?
You're billed for extra calls at the overage rate on your plan. There's no interruption to service. Lyngo keeps answering every call.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Are there limits on practitioners, appointments, or user logins?

Is there a setup fee?
