How it happened

GHP's team reached out after independently researching Lyngo. Initially, they assessed it against similar offerings in the Australian market. After a thorough review, they decided to nominate Lyngo for the Global Excellence Award — putting it up against platforms worldwide.

Winners are selected across three core criteria: innovation and creativity, leadership and strategy, and client and patient excellence. For Lyngo, that meant demonstrating how it delivers something genuinely new for clinics — handling live patient calls, booking directly into systems like Cliniko and Nookal, managing after-hours calls, and taking care of cancellations and reschedules without human intervention. It also meant showing the quality of patient experience on every call and the clinical safety built into every interaction.
