What a whirlwind two days at Digital Health Festival 2025 in Melbourne!

Team Lyngo turned up with our now-iconic purple phone booth—and it definitely got people talking. Whether you came by for a chat, a demo, or just to snap a photo, we’re so glad you stopped in.

Why We Showed Up

Lyngo was designed to answer every clinic call instantly — but DHF gave us a chance to Pause. Listen. Connect.

We had valuableconversations with the people who keep healthcare running, and it was a powerful reminder of why we built this in the first place.

What We Showed Off

Inside the purple booth (yes, it was real, and yes, it worked), we ran live demos of Lyngo in action—booking appointments, managing cancellations, and taking messages in real time, fully integrated with Cliniko and Nookal.

People could see calls being answered and actions happening inside the PMS right in front of their eyes.

Some asked how soon they could roll it out. Others brought their colleagues back. A few just wanted to know where we got that shade of purple (trade secret).

What’s Next

We left DHF with a lot of momentum—conversations with hospital groups, specialist networks, and new PMS integrations already underway.

More than anything, we walked away energised to keep building the AI layer for everyday clinic conversations.
